With each tea tree in its natural form so well taken care of; the soil extremely rich, dark and fertile; the shading so extensive; and the harvesting so careful it’s handpicked only once each year — ‘Single Flush Tea’ is the rarest, most valuable Japanese tea of all. The only farms skillful and effortful enough to still do it this way are the ones conserving traditional Japanese crafts. Humbly, we pay homage to these few honorable farmers.
