Thank you for choosing Peace Oriental Teahouse. We care for every step — from selecting the tea to packing it for delivery to your door. Here are the details of our shipping.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 business days

• Orders paid after 8:00 AM will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Areas & Timeframes

• Within Thailand: Shipped via Thailand Post. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

• Remote areas or locations outside standard delivery zones may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Fees

• Standard shipping: ฿30 per order.

• Free shipping on orders over ฿200.

• Your final shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number by email.

• If you don't receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at Line : @peaceteahouse.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If your parcel is unusually delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, with photos of the package and product.

• We'll coordinate with the courier and make it right — either a re-shipment or a refund, as appropriate.
