Because our products are tea and consumable goods, for the safety and hygiene of every customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened items, except in the cases listed below.
Items Eligible for Refund / Exchange
We take full responsibility in the following cases:

You received the wrong item from what you ordered.

The product was damaged, defective, or spoiled before use (e.g. torn pouch, broken seal).

The product was expired or unusually close to expiry upon arrival.
Return Conditions

Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and in its original packaging (except in cases of clearly visible damage).

Include photos of the product/packaging and proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Items We Cannot Accept

Items that have been opened or unsealed through no fault of ours.
