Firing: High Firing The Tencha is fired to the point where the original terroir is almost completely transformed into a very pronounced nutty aroma, and the umami flavor becomes rich creaminess.
Firing: Mid-High Firing The perfect firing level where the original terroir, roasted aroma, creaminess and umami harmonize as one beautifully balanced flavor profile.
Made from pure First Flush Tea, crafted for top-quality Clear Matcha and traditional Usucha. Alongside our renowned High Firing, we introduce the all-new Mid-High Firing, offering even richer umami and a beautifully balanced flavor. This new lineup of Peace’s most popular matcha collection sets a new standard and represents our best work yet.
