Storage Guidelines

• Regular use — Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months
• Occasional use — Store in the freezer for up to 1 year

Before Opening — Let It Reach Room Temperature First

Opening cold matcha exposes it to condensation, causing moisture damage. Always let it warm up before unsealing.

• From refrigerator → Rest at room temperature until fully warmed before opening
• From freezer → Transfer to refrigerator for 1 hour → Then rest at room temperature before opening

After Use — Seal It Properly

1. Squeeze out all air from the bag before closing
2. Seal the zip-lock tightly
3. Place inside an airtight container
4. Return to the refrigerator or freezer immediately
