Data Deletion Instructions
Peace Oriental Teahouse respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, including data collected when you sign in to our website using a Facebook or Google account.
What we store
When you sign in with Facebook or Google, the only personal information transferred to us is your email address. We do not receive or store your Facebook or Google password, your profile photo, your friends list, or any other information from those accounts.
If you have placed an order with us, we also hold the information you provided at checkout, such as your name, shipping address, phone number, and order history.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to dmkt.peace@gmail.com with the subject line "Personal Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address you used to sign in, so that we can verify your identity and locate your record.
- We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once it is done.
Revoking access directly
You can also disconnect our website from your social account at any time:
- Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select this site → Remove
- Google: Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → select this site → Remove access
Please note that revoking access stops future sign-ins but does not by itself delete the records we already hold. To have those deleted, please email us using the steps above.
Information we may need to retain
Certain records, such as invoices and transaction data, must be kept for a period required by Thai tax and accounting law. Where this applies, we will delete everything we are permitted to delete and retain only the minimum required by law.
